Sector 7X and Noida Master Plan 2031

Newly developing sector 7Xs are shown as high density sector in Noida Master Plan 2031.

Sector 7X and Delhi Metro

Sector 7X is going to get a big advantage of extension of delhi metro to greater noida. The proposed metro route will go for greater noida via Sector 50, Sector 78, Sector 101, Sector 82 and Sector 137. If Noida Master Plan 2031 doesn't change, both Sector 50 and Sector 78 proposed stations will be located at a walking distance from Sector 75, 76, 77, 78 and 79.

Following screen shot taken on 24/oct/2010 from Master Plan 2031 shows the proposed metro route touching the Sector 7X area:

Sector 78 is located very close to already inhabited Sectors like Sector -50 and Sector - 49. This is located on the left side of road connecting Sai Mandir road to Dadri Road, though part of this road is under construction.

Here I post you the proposed Master Plan of Sector-78 :

As we can see the Sector is in front of Sector - 76 and Sector - 77.  There are 5 Group Housing Plots (GHP ) in this sector. Let's see the plan with a little zoom:

These 5 GHP plots are being developed by separate private builders. The plot number and the running project is as follows:

• GHP - 01 :  Morpheus Green
• GHP - 02 :  Mahagun Moderne
• GHP - 03 :  Hyde Park
• GHP - 04 :  Assotech Windsor Court
• GHP - 05 :  Antriksh
